This solution allows for the management, collaboration and tracking of multiple files in a structured and simple way. The use of this system, based on SharePoint, is very intuitive and easy to learn. Its primary purpose is to allow your team members to collaborate on a project and quickly locate information.
 

Features

It is a very effective SharePoint collaboration tool. For example, take a multi-client company that is all listed by name on the first level. Under each client, we find all the files processed for that client. In each of these files, we find all the documents relevant to this file that were placed by the various stakeholders of the company and, optionally, qualified by keywords.
